2. Storage Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for proper storage of frozen products upon delivery.

  • We are not liable for damage caused due to improper storage.

3. Quality & Claims

  • Any product issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Returns

  • Due to the nature of frozen products, returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged at delivery.

5. Shelf Life

  • Products are supplied with appropriate shelf life.

  • Customers are responsible for stock rotation and handling.

6. Usage

Products supplied are intended for resale or commercial use only.

7. Temperature Control

Customers must ensure:

  • Freezers are functioning correctly

  • Products are stored at required temperatures

Failure to do so voids any claims.
